Westhill Swimmers at Edinburgh International
Westhill swimmers were part of the South Aberdeenshire team that took part in the Edinburgh International Meet.
The following report is from South Aberdeenshire Head Coach Gary Paterson:
Congratulations to all swimmers taking part in the above event. The results are a great demonstration of the excellent swimming throughout the weekend. There are some other fundamentals that I believe are making South Aberdeenshire Swimming the most professional and best prepared Swim Team in Scotland . Remember the important lessons that you learned during this competition: Warm Ups/ Swim Downs / and of course fuelling for competition [eating & drinking].
I was very impressed with many performances, however, I must give a special WELL DONE to the entire 11/ 12 yrs Age Group. This was the most successful year that SAS has ever had in this age category at the above meet. Watch out all you 13/ 14 yrs swimmers they are coming after you!!
I look forward to seeing you all at the Glasgow LC Meet 20/ 21st May.
