Squad 4 & 5 Time Trial Results for 7th March 2009
Well Done to all the swimmers who took part in the above Event – we hope you enjoyed yourselves.
Many thanks to everyone who helped on the night – time-keepers, Starter, Recorders, people helping with the set-up/put away and keeping us topped up with the juice and sweets. Not forgetting the Team Leaders and Alison Smith.

There were some very good swims with some very good Pb’s (Personal Best) – some of which as follows;
Angus Clark took 8 seconds off his 100mf/c time; 3 secs off his 100m B/c time;
Holly Bowden took 4 secs off 100m b/c time;
Claire Stewart tool 8 secs off 100m brs time
Amber Smith took 3 secs off 50m B/c time
Suzanna Twigg took 4 secs off 50m b/c time & 6 secs off 50m brs time
Rececca Grainger took 4 secs off 50m brs time
Matt Turner – 4 secs off 50m brs
Gemma Twigg took 5 secs off 50m b/c
Bethany McPherson – took 4 secs off 50m brs

Our next (and final) Team Trial will be held on Saturday 23rd May – 4.40pm for a 5pm warm-up and finished by 7.15pm. Thereafter a trophy will be awarded to the winning Team. We try to keep to the same Teams therefore mark this date in your Diary. I shall be putting up a list over the next few weeks for anyone who wishes to be added in or take out of the Teams and also parent helpers.
