Any alterations to the Constitution, Bye-Laws and notices of motion must be received by the Secretary no later than 14 days before the Annual General Meeting (11th May 2010).

Nominations for Officers of the Club and other members of the Management Committee must be received by the Club Secretary no later than 5:00pm on Tuesday 11th May 2010.

Note: Westhill District ASC can only function and continue as a club if we have the full compliment of Committee Members.
